We at CaliforniaCommunity.com have been in the computer business for over 11 years and have watched this magnificent industry grow to ever increasingly loftier heights.

At one time, the Internet was a cozy, close knit group of dedicated students, geeks (not a bad term!), adventurers, technophiles,  pioneers and a grand slew of others who were dedicated to sharing, growing, connecting and helping one another prosper and learn.

Soon, the Internet became a magical buzzword, a mystical place where all roads converged to a new and exciting world communications platform.

Large and successful corporations blossomed in this fertile wide open landscape, spreading their professional wings, soaring and then sometimes crashing earthward at a dizzying pace. Here and there, fledgling companies planted roots into this generative Internet expanse and became giant success stories that to this day amaze and confound. And, as large corporations are often wont to do,  these small, little companies became grand, impersonal,  powerful  and a bit out of touch with the small communities that dot our country (and the world!) and that most all of us deep down cherish and know we are a part of.

Herein enters CaliforniaCommunity.com. A close knit group of people, dedicated to excellence, sharing, honor, charity, and achieving success and prosperity for as many good people as possible, we studied and flourished (to a degree!) until we finally decided to put aside our motherboards, server arrays, assorted code play, corporate promotion & design, scripting and OS tweaking and instead dedicate ourselves to bringing businesses and communities closer, to helping the little guy become bigger, the customer to save and find what they were looking for, and for all to come together and work towards a common goal -- their own and others' happiness and success.

Our principles are to promote, to connect, to share, to give, to accept success and to help others achieve their success as well.

Success comes in many flavors -- it can be a sense of contentment, achievement, happiness, good health, loving friends and family, financial security, spiritual enlightenment, giving, loving, prospering, and helping this world become a better place.  It can be a quiet place, private and safe, where one can rest and think, taking time to enjoy the moment.
